Today might have been a new record. From receiving a report of $FEATURE not working to realizing that it's because the customer is using a model $INSTRUMENT that is not actually supported (got no info on the physical setup, just logs where I could see what data was being returned), to deploying a patched version with said $INSTRUMENT officially supported within 3 hours.
